Position : DGM Exports (Building Products)

Experience : 10-14 years

Location : Mumbai

Job Description :

The Incumbent would be responsible for the following :

- Being accountable for shaping and implementing the strategic vision of the division for growing the International business

- Achieving the desired sales value and targeted throughput

- Developing business in existing and /new territories

- Developing brand value in international target markets

- Developing country wise business plans and execute the same

- Highlighting key differentiators and maintaining pricing strategy

- Monitoring and controlling receivables and regional expense budgets

- Effective deployment of regional promotional budgets

- Ensuring training and development of the regional sales team members based on competency development areas

- Guiding the country managers for exploring their business in existing and new territories

- Providing product training to distributors and its team members
