Deputy General Manager - Export - FMCG
- To achieve top and bottom-line targets - product and geography wise
- Pricing and Costing management
- Ensure timely payment collection and account reconciliation with customers
- Open new export geographies and launch new products
- Design and implement all export strategies and ATL, BTL Marketing activities
- Ensure all export documentations within required timeframe and schedule efficient shipping activities
- Supervise efficient working of Exports sales staff and Coordinate with external agencies / vendors to get the work done in time
- Plan and participation in trade shows for additional business volumes
- Update knowledge regarding various international and domestic trade policies, procedures, licenses, duty tariffs, trade benefits, certifications, inspections, special requirements etc and ensure 100% compliance
- Monitor and ensure timely duty benefits and compliance for the same
- Maintain up-to-date records of important files / communications / sanctions / approvals for future reference, audit purpose and periodic meetings, reviews and presentations.
- Coordinate with various internal departments like factories, finance, imports, procurements, Marketing, Legal, Forex, PMD and NPD etc
- Efficiently manage Export CRM, monitor all Exports related transactions,
- Impart knowledge and training to exports team and perform periodic assessment of department.
