Our client is a renowned Indian leader in the infrastructure sector. They have a diverse portfolio of products and are recognized as the pioneers in this industry. Currently, they are looking to recruit a Deputy General Manager Electrical Sourcing, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description :

Reporting to the General Manager Sourcing, you will be responsible for :

- Formulating sourcing strategies for electrical products by conducting in depth market analysis

- Vendor development, contract negotiations along with regular check on the performance level and the quality of work from the suppliers

- Managing a team of professionals with responsibility for their growth and development in the organization

- Working closely with all the functions to ensure the smooth flow of operations

The Successful Applicant :

You will be a professional with around 10 years of experience in sourcing and procurement ideally in Electrical/ Automotive/ Oil and Gas industries. Educational qualification B.tech in Electrical is a must.

The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, leadership skills and hands on approach towards his/her work.
