- To have totally around 10 years experiences in Water treatment plant industry for Design department

- Should mainly understand Design of Process Engineering.

- To have good knowledge for Process engineering and can understand all required document for design.

- Should have better understanding on key points of :

- Type of document & drawing are there in basic engineering document

- Waste water treatment process in produced water

- Nut shelf filter, Uses & Advantage

- Difference of Cross flow type UF and dead end flow type UF

- Difference of Brackish water RO / Seawater RO

- Use of MBR / MBBR

- MBR system in ETP

- Steam type Evaporator knowledge

- Falling film type / Force circulation system

- Langelier index

- Candidate should have managerial skill set.
