- Should have minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in major projects dealing with Soil & Geotechnical Investigations and Report preparation,

- Sound knowledge of Deep foundations, Piles

- Ground Improvement Techniques,

- Soil Bearing capacities,

- Geotechnical capacities and capable of understanding the behavior of soils and soil and structural interaction.

Soft skills : Good communication skills, problem solving techniques, managing clients.
