Client Details :

Our client is a retail chain with significant global presence. They have established their business operations in India market and are known for their wide product portfolio. They are looking to expand their mark on the India Market and hence are looking to recruit a DGM- Planning based out of their office in Delhi NCR.

Description :

Reporting to the VP- FMCG, you will be responsible for :

- Demand and Supply Planning across their operational stores in India to deliver their key KPIs.

- Reviewing off seasonal demand regularly and Liaison with vendors to resolve supply issues

- Leading a team of professionals and be responsible for their growth and development

- Working closely with senior stakeholders & cross functional teams to ensure the smooth flow of operations

Profile :

You will be from a premier B-school(2011/12/13 pass out) with more than 5 years of total experience with at least 3 years demand/supply planning from the FMCG industry. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills with a technical mindset.
