- Manage team of associates through Telesales Manager and Team Leaders - Outbound, Retention & Quality - Responsible for members to resolve concerns & Queries. - Handle Legal Complaint & Escalations from Consumer Court. - Knowledge Sharing - Training and Development - Team Absenteeism & intra-team Conflict Management. - Create and launch retention campaigns / programs, driving loyalty and revenue. - Deliver out of the box campaigns that will enrich customer experience which will increase customer life-time value and revenue. - Monitoring all incoming and outgoing calls for various processes including Inbound, Outbound, Appointment, Retention to ensure quality, customer service and satisfaction, sales success and adherence to the policies and procedures of the organization - Conduct Quality Audits of Outbound and Inbound calls, emails and chats for an allocated workforce and perform quality assurance feedback related to audits. - Generate reports to monitor the performance of the team and agent and share it with respective stakeholders. - Work with Telesales Manager, Team Leaders and Training department to promote quality and consistency. - To improve overall productivity and efficiency of the team while creating a positive & competitive work environment
