Looking for DGM - HRD for a cement industry in Delhi.
Organisation Development :- Intervention by way of doing Sales Diagnostic. Field visits, data gathering and calls with key stakeholders was done. Based on the field visits findings, necessary steps were taken.
- Change management intervention to bring Agility and increase market share. Through various activities, necessary findings were made and action planning done.
Performance Management :- Drive and ensure completion of Performance Management process.
- Identify poor performers and help them in improving their performance by putting them in Performance Improvement Plan.
- Monitor per day outlet call visits of employees and take appropriate action on employees not meeting their daily targets.
Compensation & Benefits :- Instrumental in designing the Sales Incentive Plan for the Sales force.
- Conduct Annual Compensation Review exercise for corporate. Resolving employee queries regarding compensation.
Talent Management :- Development Career Conversation for employees.
- Identification of successors for critical roles.
- Potential Assessment of employees and sending them for Development Assessment Centre (DAC).
- Consulting employees and managers in making their Individual Development Plan (IDP).
- Lead the process of developing action plans based on the engagement surveys.
Training & Development :- Designed Technical, Product and Process related training for employees of sales division.
- Training Need Identification and help employees in their development.
- Implement training programs as driven from the group.
Recruitment :- Campus hiring
- Conducted walk-in-interview drives at various locations across India to create a pipeline of candidates which enables proactive hiring.
- Derive strategies for cost effective and on time closure of positions.
- Lead Talent Acquisition activities .Align the recruitment process and policy in line with Group HR guidelines.
- Lead recruitment of new project units.
Employee Relations :- Understand employee problems and help them to enable achievement of business results.
- Set-up investigations and inquiries on matters related to employee disciplinary matters, performance issues and value related complaints.
Qualification : MBA
