Overview:


The position is responsible for Manpower Budgeting for Corporate, Talent Acquisition for corporate functions & Leadership positions, & Financial Budget of HR & Analysis, Campus Hiring Process, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Talent Retention, Performance Management System, Designing, Formulating & Implementation of HR Policies, HRMS Management, HR operations, Work Force Management, MIS - Analytics & Monthly Presentations on HR Dashboards.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with department heads and business unit leaders to understand the staffing requirements and strategic goals.

- Develop annual manpower budgets that align with the organization's financial goals and strategic priorities.

- Oversee the recruitment process to attract and hire qualified candidates who fit the strategic needs.

- This includes workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.

- Responsible for Vendor Management, Evaluation & Empanelment of Manpower Consultants

- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, fair, and aligned with industry standards and legal requirements. This includes salary benchmarking, benefits administration, payroll processing, and compliance with regulations.

- Ensure training man-days completion for corporate employees and facilitate learning opportunities that align with organizational goals and individual career paths.

- Track and analyze HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for strategic decision-making.

- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HRIS platforms to streamline HR processes, manage employee data, and generate HR analytics and reports. Ensure data accuracy, security, and confidentiality.

- Ensure compliance for all internal & external HR audits, establish processes for ongoing monitoring, review, and assessment of HR practices to ensure sustained compliance and effectiveness. Develop action plans for audit observations and continuous improvement based on audit findings, industry trends, and best practices.
