- 10-12 Plus Years Experience in Professional Services and Services Purchasing with large corporates and / or management consulting firms. Preferably with experience in areas of Prof services, driving improvement projects, set-up of service organization or as part of a mature procurement organization in managerial position
- System and process development by benchmarking and implementing best practices across cost categories . Deliver cost savings by leveraging on synergies & drive high level of digitization in the function. Ensuring Compliance and transparency.
- Use of Ariba and implementation to fullest requirement. Development of Dashboards, regular reports, MIS, KPI's as required
- Understand the requirements (Scope of Work and SLAs) from various user departments relating to Services . across all the plants of AFS ( Auto - Farm Sector), GCO, Spare Parts and Allied Business
Commercial contract settlement for :
1) Professional services like Legal, Professional, Testing and regulatory, Inspection agencies etc.
2) Manpower services like Contract Manufacturing, Housing keeping, Security services
3) Canteen, Rental, AMCs etc.
- Develop and implement a transformation project to improve processes, optimize cost and deliver superior service level
