Deputy General Manager - Consolidation & Reporting - CA

Job Purpose :

- Planning and executing monthly / quarterly / annual closure schedules providing monthly financial statements, administering the monthly closing process.

- Responsible for finalization of standalone and consolidated financial statement as per IND AS / IFRS, preparation of annual and quarterly accounts .

- Continuous monitoring of subsidiary/Joint ventures operations, overseeing financial statements and highlighting key observations to senior management.

- Liaise with statutory auditors across the group and internal auditor. Provide information to auditors and other stakeholders on a timely basis.

- Responsible for Product Costing & Inventory Valuation (OPM Financial).

- Coordinating with marketing leadership for product Price fixation including projects & exports.

- Verifying inventory control level over slow and non-moving, ensuring periodic review of ledgers.

- Managing and supervising key expense accounts such Advertisement & Sales Promotion. Responsible for budgeting & forecasting of Advertisement & sales promotion exp.

- Monitoring of depo and factory operations, supervising key accounts for identifying variance against budgets

- Perform competitor data analysis and comparison assessments and benchmarking of performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPI), responsible for reviewing and preparing reports for senior management.

- Experience in due diligence, acquisition accounting and mergers. Working closely with the CFO for various strategic projects and reporting / communication.

- Lead strategic initiatives for the Company on optimizing profitability through cost analysis, evaluating acquisition opportunities.

Financial Responsibilities :

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial matters.

- Closely work with the accounting team on compliance to accounting standards and guidelines
