EXPECTED END RESULTS & MAJOR ACTIVITIES : 

1. Implement Key Comp & Ben Programs in line with Regional / Global requirements

- To Analyse / administer / implement Comp & Ben Programs in line with Regional / Global requirements

- Identify, Define, execute key comp & Ben Strategies in consultation with HR Director and the local HR BPs

2. Develop and Implement Pan India Policies, Processes, budgets and monitor effectiveness through regular audits, reviews, KPIs, training and meetings

- Communicate /Implement Pan India Comp & Ben, Resource Management & Costs Policies, Processes, KPIs and DoA

- Review / discuss proposals with entity for successful implementation

- Conduct Periodical meetings with entity top management for better communication and validation of all proposals.

- Ensure budgets and Schedules meet India and corporate requirements

3. Manage end to end Comp & Ben, Resource management &Costs activities for all entities in India

- Work closely with all entities for all Comp & Ben, RM & LC activities effectively and efficiently

- Conduct periodical market benchmark / study / analysis and reporting of full employees compensation and Benefits

- Propose / implement / monitor common Salary review for MD -1 and HPPs

- Provide / implement competitive C&B programs for Talent retention

- Support and implement entity C&B Programs

- Design and deploy employee reward and recognition programmes

- Forecast Budget on Salary increases in comparison with Market

- Manage and prioritize critical HC and LC reporting

- Identify, Validate, manage, optimize vendors

- Ensure Competitiveness and Employee Satisfaction together while implementing programs

4. Implementation of Overall Job Grading - Progress / Implement Job Analysis / Grading to all managerial positions and ensure governance

- Responsible for Implementation of below managers Job grading

5. Ensure coordination with internal and external agencies and adherence to applicable statutory requirements - Coordinate with relevant functions and management teams of all India entities for appropriate implementation

- Coordinate with relevant government authorities like EPF, ESI etc.

- Ensure statutory compliance with central and local legislation and regulations related to Comp & Ben, Resource Mgt. and costs
