Employee Life Cycle Management: - Administer and oversee all processes which are part of employee life cycle, including (but not limited to) - Recruitment & Selection, On-boarding, Performance Management, Annual Merit Increase, Annual Promotions, - Succession Planning, Employee Development (L&D) & Exit Management Compensation, Benefits and Payroll Administration: - Oversee and execute monthly payroll for both Expats and Local Employees in SIEL-DS, along with related processes (such as Provident Fund etc.) and coordinate with relevant stakeholders (AllSec, SSC SWA Payroll, SESP HR, SIEL-DS CFO etc.) to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of monthly payroll. - Prepare relevant data to be submitted to Finance Team - Ensure timely F&F Settlement Payment of exiting employees (as per TAT of SWA SSC Team. General Affairs & Expat Management:- - Support Expats for all pre-immigration and post-immigration processes, and any other activities during their stay in India - Oversee all GA process including Vendor Management and Employee Health & Safety Miscellaneous Activities:- - Drive HQ Initiatives and ensure 100% employee participation by employees of SIEL-DS in activities such as SCI Survey, SELF, Samsung History and Values, Compliance Training, IT Security Training etc. - Submit Weekly HR Report to DSSEA Team as required for submission to DSK HQ - Regular Updation of T&A for employees in SIEL-DS - Vendor Contract Management - Coordinate with Compliance and Legal Teams - Any other ad-hoc activities as and when assigned by CFO, DSSEA RHQ or DSK HQ
