Role: DGM Business Finance

Planning and Reporting - 

- Lead the yearly budgeting exercise to deploy

- AOP and OP targets for merchants and operators on various KPIs proceSS

- Tracking Category / Stores performance - Sales,

- Margin, DOH, Aged Inventory, SG&A and Balance sheet performance

Decision Support-

Identifying opportunities and providing actionable insights to the business on a continuous basis for

- Increasing Sales

- Enhancing Gross Margin

- Control over SG&A

- Effective working capital Management

- Driving the inventory management program to maintain the health of the inventory by

- Identifying aged inventory and driving their

Processes: Development and Implementation

- Developing new process to commensurate with the ever increasing scale and size of the business

- Identifying process appropriate to support the dynamic requirements of the business

- Looking for professional with 6-8 Years of exp.

- MBA premier B school or CA from 2009/2010/2011 Batch only.

Reporting to - VP Business Finance Lead
