DGM- Business Excellence : - Bachelor's Degree (Engg), Professional qualification (optional - MBA). Certification in TBEM / Malcolm Baldridge / EFQM with multiple external and internal assessments experience. Min 14 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years of experience in business excellence roles. Experience of dealing with quality bodies, external assessors, consultants, etc. Process certifications (such as ISO Lead Auditor, TM Forum BPF, TL 9000). Familiarity with telecom processes and operations will be preferred - Roadmap for TBEM deployment for taking organisation to 650+ score band - Planning and timely execution of Organisations TBEM actions, application filing and successful external assessments - Facilitate external assessment requirements and site visit; liaise with TBEXG and other external and internal stakeholders - Identify, socialise, and execute key focus areas for improvement from a TBEM perspective on an organisation-wide basis. - Design and impart appropriate TBEM training to different levels and functions - TL9000 certification - provide guidance to process improvement teams / functions in terms of approaches to be used to address OFIs / change initiatives. - To proactively review Strengths and identify ways to build on them. - To plan and co-ordinate with TBExG for the Deep Dive Comparative Benchmarking (DDCB) studies; facilitate functional responses and dissemination of results - To provide insights in to good practices from other companies focus areas such as safety, innovation, etc. - To facilitate TBEM training programs for Business Excellence Leaders Program (BELP), Senior Business Leaders Program (SBLP), etc; coordinate with TBExG whenever required, to build future competencies - Establish integrated Internal Assessments program for TBEM
