DGM/AGM - SAP HANA - Finance Transformation Role - 1 Finance Integration ROLE 2 - Transformation Finance Reporting to CFO Team Size: 20 + - To manage and control the technology Integration in Finance transformation - To Provide expertise in conversion of business requirements to technology deliverables - Involve in development and implementation of solution in Non-Finance SAP modules to ensure the ease of Automation in finance area - Manage the project deliverable for time, efforts and outcome - Manage change through training, adoption drives - Minimum 10 years of IT consulting and System Integration experience in the IT industry - System integration experience with a minimum of 3 clients, involving large scale business transformation encompassing multiple businesses, functions and locations - Relevant business and function domain experience in all previous SI engagements, including process design, blueprinting and implementation - Knowledge of technology trends and ability to assess their value to Strong business stakeholder orientation - Ability and sufficient experience to manage a team size of 20+ - Ability to effectively manage system integration partners Certified in SAP and Project Management (preferable) 1. Selection, development and implementation of Technology solution 2. Selection of the extent of validation/ customisation and the change in the solution Perform activities to support the project completion with in timelines / efforts/ cost A. Relevant (Functional/Level) &amp; Total Years of Experience: Technology experience - 10+ Years ( With minimum of 2 Full cycle implementation and experience in SAP HANA Projects) Business experience - Minimum of 2+ years user level experience in SAP and other analytic tools B.
