Process Management :
- All aspects of operations management oversight including work completion, SLA adherence and staff management
- Weekly and monthly reporting, both within and Client business
- Escalation management
- Prepare and execute any ramp up within the business
- Ensuring team is adequately trained for operations and is kept updated with latest updated and knowledge
- Provide coaching and guidance to the teams for continuous improvements
- Responsible for independently running process improvement projects and provide tangible gains to the process
- Ensuring adherence to controls
- Functional and Domain knowledge
The Manager is expected to have working/functional knowledge of operations across :
Fund Services : Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, Fund Administration, Investor Services, Management and Divisional Reporting,
Custody & Trade Management : Custody, Trade management, Clearing/Settlements, Cash/Treasury, Recon
Team handling : Current role would require handling upto 150 FTE and prior experience in managing large teams would be needed
