Deputy General Management/General Manager - Plant Head - Automotive

Core Functions :

- Lead the Plant Operations smoothly and efficiently

- Create new Business opportunities by expanding the Customer base

- Effectively manage Plant Operations and Ensure Highest priority to Quality and Safety

Details of function :

- Should have experience of managing plant/unit operations

- Should ensure safety, Zero Accidents

- Achieve target performance indicators in terms of Productivity, Quality, and Cost.

- Responsible for customer deliverables as per plan and addressing customer complaints and handle key client interaction

- Managing budgets, costs, controls, product deliveries for the unit.

- Must have worked as Manufacturing Head in last one or two assignments

- Oversee measures and project to implement quality targets, cost efficiency, and productivity

- New Product Development and the start of production for all the new businesses/products from time to time in line with customers ramp up

- Formulating yearly Budget, Business Plans and achieving the desired revenue and EBIDTA.

- Providing strong leadership & ensuring high morale, teamwork & good employee relation at all levels including shop floor.
