Candidate Profile:  Must-have Skills:  Accounting, Reporting  Preferred Skills:  SOPs, Control, Service Delivery  Qualifications  C.A., MBA  ROLE PURPOSE  Own and manage Operational Finance accounting and reporting activities in a shared service model, which involves identification and transitioning of new tasks. He/ She will  - Be responsible for managing stakeholders' expectations, getting team to meet SLA within agreed TAT.  - Drive continuous improvement program as a Project with set start and end date.  - Build strong relationships with leadership at Operational Finance Centre in Bangalore & stakeholders' primarily in London.  - Managing the service delivery and Governance call taking stakeholders through KPIs, dashboards, trackers, issue log, etc.  KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:  The candidate will be part of the Accounting Services team and will be will be responsible for the following broad areas:  - Own and manage transition of new process end-to-end.  - Drive continuous process improvements; implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to achieve operational efficiencies.  - Develop, lead and drive the transformation projects for the Operational Finance Centre in Bangalore using the agreed Stage Gate Methodologies  - Drive the relationship between the key stakeholders to ensure the needs & concerns are promptly addressed  - Manage the team working on General Ledger, AP, AR, Intercompany, staff expenses, fixed assets, Projects, treasury accounting and management reporting serving multiple stakeholders.  - Manage all project deliverables and tracking of project status and deliverables, and regularly communicate risks and issues, as well as mitigation plans.  - Be responsible for defining overall project schedule & milestones, at the most suitable level of detail, and timely execution towards those milestones Review, monitor and implement key process controls and ensure deliverables are achieved - Accuracy & timely manner.  - Presenting critical & key performance indicators, dashboards, continuous process improvements and team engagement initiatives to stakeholders on frequent basis.  - Responsible for maintaining documentation and ensuring audit compliances.  - Engage closely with stakeholders', onshore & offshore teams for resolving key process issues/bottlenecks.  - Effectively manage escalations, develop back up plan and focus on cross training the team.  - Analyse utilization, efficiency & availability/requirement of resources for projects.  - Provide financial analyses and ad-hoc reports as needed to support leads in decision making process.  - Help meet performance management framework metrics, targets and SLA's.  - Actively manage talent through facilitating the on-going performance and career development of team by helping them identify and meet their skill development needs. Identify training needs and manage delivery.
