Deputy Director - Research - Education

The role of Deputy Director Research - Education will be to lead and support high quality, evidence based research focused on education related topics impacting children.

- He/She shall oversee knowledge creation, identification of best practices and assessment of gaps in the area of child education and provide knowledge support and recommendations to other verticals and strategic direction within the team.

Some responsibilities of role holder include :

Research :

- Defining research priorities and promoting Institute's research in child education with an aim to ensure educated children across globe

Project Management :

- Ensuring quality and developing/ maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in government, civil society, business, academia to assure access and links with required data systems

Team Management :

- Leading and developing the team, providing ongoing coaching, feedback and support to build capacity to further the mission of the organization
