JD for Deputy Director (Leadership/HR Training Programmes) :

- Identify and develop long and short duration certification based Leadership Training Products as own offerings from the Centre of Excellence for different categories of users.

- Coordinate revenue generating major conferences and special events, Independently handle aspects related to conceptualization, development, organization, implementation and co-ordination of the above two.

- Assist in developing a panel of domestic and international Training Partners, individual and institutions for design and delivery of the programmes. Undertake research on trends, developments, profiles and case studies/database etc.

- Develop the knowledge creation activities of the Centre through effective coordination with knowledge creation partners and membership. Operate Committees/Core Groups etc. for enabling the above. Successful organization of a body of training programmes which are unique and distinct from those offered by competition and revenue generation. Successful in terms of Profile and revenue generation, High impact on target customers and stakeholders

Qualifications Key Competencies Required :

- Good track record and experience of a similar nature in academics/management institutions /training institutes especially in Leadership/Corporate HR streams

- Intellectual leadership qualities and strategic conceptualization abilities

- Ability to keep up with the dynamics of the market

- Good understanding of digitized/online training programme

- Good Organisation skills

- Good in understanding of financial/revenues models in own area of work

- Proactive and multi-tasker

- Good written and oral communication

- Ability to manage people/team/good interpersonal skills

- Good decision making skills

- Natural inclination for networking
