- Lead ESPS NH payroll operations: for global payroll of 40k + employees, team manager

- Lead and develop ESPS NH payroll operations in line with the global service delivery model and industry best practice

- Ensure payroll and payroll accounting services meet agreed SLAs and KPIs

- Enhance user experience through an effective governance model for customer engagement and a focus on quality and responsiveness

Continuous Improvement Initiatives :
