We are looking for Deputy Director / Associate Director - Knowledge Management for one of our leading accounting clients at Delhi.  Responsible for :   - Assisting the Quality Review Partner in establishing a framework for Quality Control in all assurance engagements with an additional responsibility in building knowledge management (Companies Act and Accounting Standards - AS & Ind As) within the firm.   - Management of day to day affairs w.r.t quality assurance and knowledge management by means of cold/hot reviews of all assurance engagement files.   - Knowledge Management would cover developments in Accounting Standards, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Company Law etc.  - Help in establishing audit check lists like Companies Act Check List, Accounting Standards Checklist, SEBI Checklist etc. with regard to audits.   - Establishing a quality control framework covering all aspects of Standards of Quality Control (SQC Checklist) as laid out by ICAI including Standards on Auditing as prescribed by ICAI  If interested to explore kindly share your updated resume.
