Transformation and Innovation: - Building strong relationship with key technology partners and to deliver quick turnaround of business needs. - Evaluation and experimenting with new technology for company's future road map. - Working closely with Bank's ISG and ICAAP as a strategy to achieve best cyber security and information security framework of the industry. HR Management: - Managing competitive compensation of IT and BSG team members. - Build strong 2nd line of senior resources from inside and if required from outside. - Attrition control. - Up-skilling and inculcate learning culture. - Regular extra-curricular and bring fun part at work. - Acting as a mentor for team members.
