Job Description:

- Work on 3 years and 5 years vision and business plans with senior leadership team.

- Monitor Global copper market and industry trends and identify suitable opportunities for business decisions.

- Develop strategic initiatives covering all business aspects markets, products, supply chain, digital strategy and innovation.

- Devise new business models with end-to-end implementation plan for long term sustained value.

- Convert strategic initiatives to short term action plans and track implementation.

- Analyse market dynamics to evaluate and propose organic and inorganic growth options.

- Devise new business models with end to end implementation plan for long term sustained value

- Monitor Global copper market and industry practices, benchmark with the best identify suitable opportunities

- Convert strategic initiatives to short term action plans and track implementation

- Having 2-4 years of experience working in E-waste recycling business with involvement in raw material supply chain

- Understanding of nuance of E-waste business including raw material quality, material handling and recovery aspects

- Knowledge of global practices in E waste business and experience of working with global E waste recycling company will be a plus

- MBA Graduates
