Operational Management:

- Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with CEO/ COO.

- Provide strategic oversight, a framework for change and develop operational strategies with respective team(s) to deliver results.

- Create operations and structure supporting the day-to-day delivery of the products/ services of the specific BU's.

- Measure the efficiency of the operational processes and take steps to improve quality, efficiency, productivity, reduce costs and increase profits.

- Liaise between the organization and clients, for quality assurance purposes.

- Priorities initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

- Empower the operational team with the leadership and resources they need to successfully complete operational initiatives.

- Align cross-functional teams towards common objectives and intervene in case of conflict/deadlock.

- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects

- Conduct research and analysis to develop new strategies that will help the company's operations improve even further.

- Control budgets to ensure that the BU(s) have all the resources required to meet objectives within agreed financial parameters.

- Plan, collect, analyze and report performance data. Assess the data against expected outcomes.

- Consolidate vendor engagements and build long-term partnerships.

Value Creation:

- Build trust worthy relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.

- Seek opportunities to mine business and deepen relationships with existing clients.

- Sponsor Innovation to drive value across products/ services.

- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity & performance, and internal and external best practice, using analytical frameworks, strategic business models and tools to interpret and translate the results.

- Establish and enhance processes and engagement models so as to enable seamless execution of projects.

Capability & People Development:

- Ensure that decisions and project plans including those for staffing, development etc. are in line with the company's business plan and vision.

- Define high level responsibilities and objectives for members and ensure that individuals are being used in accordance with their skills.

- Lead, motivate, set objectives/ priorities for the team and remove roadblocks to productivity and effectiveness.

- Partner with Human resources to ensure the success of recruitment and retention policies.

- Consistently mentor and develop team members using a supportive and collaborative approach.

- Lead reviews with the team, track KPI's and encourage constructive feedback.

- Acts as a role model to create and maintain a collaborative team environment which supports and encourages the professionalism and development of teams.

Education

- MBA with specialization in Operations and/or Marketing.

Experience

- Minimum 5-7 years in an executive leadership role in a mid - large sized Tech/ Product organization with a portfolio of diverse products/ platforms.

- Demonstrated ability to achieve key profitability targets and hands on experience in multi- functions will be preferred
