Roles and Responsibilities :

Business Development :

- Understanding industry scenario through primary and secondary research, designing and implementing business expansion strategies across product lines with ample brand visibility.

- Designing of products and their delivery

- Understanding the demand patterns of both existing as well as prospective clients and translating them into product specificationsso as to acquire new customers and retain the old ones.

Profit Center Management :

- Managing overall business with accountability for profitability; forecasting targets and ensuring their achievement in line with organizational goals.

- Strategizing the long term business goals of the allocated territories.

- Implementing business plans to attain optimum revenue.

- Ensuring optimal resource utilization while business expansion and management to ensure effective operational cost.

Credit Management :

- Ensuring that credit appraisal and disbursement is happening as per the devised policy and guidelines.

- Taking adequate steps for timely repayment of loans and handling of delinquency/bad debts.

- Overseeing the credit appraisal process and ensuring strict compliance to credit guidelines.

Relationship Management :

- Acting as an excellent liaison agent while maintaining proper relationship among the various stakeholders covering government, state bureaucrats, media and the community as a whole.

- Interacting with clients/employees and channel partnersat regular frequency to understand their perspectives and plug gaps in product design and delivery to enhance customer retention.

- Building healthy and mutually profitable relationships with all channel partners in pre-sales negotiation stages/after sales.

Team Management :

- Developing and managing a competent team of personnel across functional units like Operations, Accounts, MIS etc. and driving them to achieve business goals.

- Devising KRAs for the team and continually monitoring their performance to ensure operational efficiency and meeting of individual and group targets.

- Maintaining a cordial atmosphere within the team to achieve coordination among various units and minimize conflicts.

Risk Management :

- Identifying portfolio risks through an in-depth analysis of secondary and primary inputs, measuring its impacts and taking appropriate preventive as well as curative steps towards their mitigation.

- Developing a risk management culture within the team through integration of risk adjusted decision making with the KRAs of team members.

Training and Development :

- Identifying training needs across levels through competency mapping exercises.

- Developing human capital by Promoting team spirit and a healthy work environment.

- MBA Marketing

- Age 35 to 40 Yrs
