The role holder is also responsible for managing the data quality index and data augmentation along with the planning and implementation of quality reports. Liaise with key Sales. Operations, planning, UW, Claims, IT team to get data / business figures / analysis or any approvals required for the same. 2. Roadmap for Data Governance and Defined ownership of masters and systems 3. Data Completeness across 360 degree customer touchpoints and lifecycle structured and unstructured data 4. Conduct gap analysis to understand areas of improvement. Agreement on data standards and actions to bridge gaps 5. Tracking Data completeness index and Dashboarding data index Manage Data Quality index and Data augmentation 1. System validation for data quality, Master data management and Tracking Data quality index 2. One view of Data - new data sources and data orchestration 3. Data digitization and Data transformation Smart / derived variables 4. Third party and fintech for data collection and augmentation Planning and implementing Data quality reports and additional insights for sales, customer profiling and operations 1. Understanding end to end processes and implementing strategies which would include the whole gamut of Insurance business viz, Channel Partners, Sales team, Operations teams, UW, Claims and Other support functions in Head office 2. Supporting reporting and ensure integration and institutionalization of new processes. 3. Be up-to-date on service quality requirements of Sales, HO teams, as well as industry best practices to plan and organise best in class service. MIS dissemination and automation and Implementing Customer one view / 360 degree data and Digital Agenda 1. Analyzing the systems &amp; process involved in collating information, streamlining the process of data collation, procuring necessary approvals &amp; signoff on the requirement / logic / format, 2. Have in-depth knowledge of processes and Systems especially of core system and support system Resource Management&nbsp; 1. Ensure elaborate functional knowledge sharing and extensive training for Outsource / Developers team employees who can provide quality support.
