The DCFO will play a critical role in developing and implementing the financial business strategy. As a member of the senior leadership team, DCFO will be an advisor to CFO & CEO and other Functional Heads, evaluating and assisting them with their financial plans and economic modelling.

Responsibilities includes :

- He / she will be responsible for assisting CFO in financial strategy, financial reports, company audits, compliance, fund management, fund allocation and bank relationships.

- Support the CFO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans

- Coordinating with lenders for debt portfolio management

- Overall responsibility of business plans of the projects

- Ensuring appropriate tax models are adopted by the company

- Serves as a financial advisor to both CFO and CEO as per requirement

- Manage financial controls and accounting procedures

- Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company

- Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs

- Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner

- Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained

- Ensure the financial infrastructure is stable and supports the demands of future growth.

- Excellent business communication and collaboration, strategic thinking, leadership skills and analytical aptitude.

Candidate Requisite:

- Must be a Chartered accountant from ICAI

- Expertise in FP&A, Finance & Accounts, Taxation, RBI Compliances, SEBI, Audits, MIS, Funds Management, Investor Relationship etc.

Competencies & Skills :

- Outstanding analytical skills

- Ability to take decisions, rational judgment and demonstrated execution track record

- High level of performance with uncompromising standards of integrity

- Ability and proven track record to communicate effectively with all the stakeholders involved, including at very senior levels

- An energetic go-getter, motivator and creative individual with high work ethics
