Deputy Chief Financial Officer - Housing Finance

Role : Dy CFO of a listed HFC, reporting to the CFO. The position will have broad control over entire finance function except treasury.

Functional expertise: Should have broad finance expertise. Must have good knowledge of accounting, finance, taxation, reporting and audit. 

- Candidates who have business partnering experience will be preferred over pure accounting and financial controller profiles.

Sector expertise : While candidates from NBFCs / financial services are preferred, open to candidates from services industry or retail industry. Quality will be given priority over relevant industry experience.

- Preparation of Annual Operating plan (Balance Sheet and P&L) for Housing Finance Corporation Ltd Presentation for Board/Management Committee Meetings.

- Simulation for various business requirement such as Branch Level break-even, Projected Current ratio and Projected CRAR

- Liaising with rating agencies, statutory auditors, taxation authorities and Bankers.

Experience: Ideally should have 10-15 years of experience, but can selectively consider younger high-quality candidates
