Job Description :

- The Deputy CFO will provide leadership and direction to ensure the development of relevant financial information, timely financial budgeting and planning, financial reporting for senior leadership and key stakeholders management

- He/She will assist the CFO in managing and controlling the organization's financial processes, making the necessary changes to upgrade and improve processes, policies, procedures and develop and groom their team

Description

As Deputy CFO, you will be reporting to the CFO and will be responsible for: 

1. Internal Control

- System Manual and SOPs

- Internal Financial Control (Risk Assessment and Control mechanism) and DOA

- Commercial & Financial Policies

2. Planning and Budgeting :

- Long term planning and budgeting for the year

- Capital Budgeting for long term investments/ M&A etc.

- Management reporting

- Cost Control/cost optimization

- Control on Capital Employed

- Business Planning, Analytics and Budgeting

3. Risk management :

4. Compliance Monitoring

5. Product Costing

- Product costing of Own manufactured

- Product costing of product manufactured by Vendors

6. Taxation

8. Finance Partner to various Business and Corporate Functions

Profile :

Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of experience in handling the overall finance function. You have an experience in working with mid-large complex organizations and have been involved in strategic planning, controls & compliances and overseeing the business controlling function. You are capable of leading the finance team and being an active contributor to management level discussions. You also have excellent communication and leadership skills.
