With a presence in 25+ countries and an employee base of 3500+ they have witnessed a phenomenal growth in the last decade. They are now looking to hire a Deputy CFO for one of their businesses in India

Description

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for

- Managing Books of Accounts, Annual Statutory Audit and Balance Sheet Finalisation

- Reconciliation with Books of Accounts and P&L Analysis and commentary

- Reviewing Forex & Commodity Risk Card and Ensuring that risk is correctly reported and explain any deviations

- Handling treasury and banking relationships of the business

- Preparing and reviewing management reports and track the performance of the business

- Ensuring all statutory and taxation compliances are diligently followed

Profile

You are a Chartered Accountant and have 8 -13 years of post-qualification experience with major experience in manufacturing or trading. You have a thorough understanding of financial processes and accounting. You have excellent leadership and analytical skills and are able to influence key stakeholders. You are an individual contributor and looking for a long term role to sustain and grow with the business.
