Deputy Chief Financial Officer - Banking Firm - CA

Looking for candidates for a Banking organization

Job Designation : Dy. CFO

Job Location : Navi Mumbai

Reporting To : CFO

Role & Responsibility :

1. Operational aspects :

- Accounting-Managing all accounting and controlling aspects.

- Balance sheet preparation and finalization,

- Audits-statutory,RBI and Internal audit interface,

- Financial Planning & Analysis- Review performance and report to Management

2. Investor Relations : Managing all aspects of Investor Relation and compliances thereon.

3. Regulatory Compliances : Taxation, RBI .

4. Board Management : Making Board Presentations and updating the Board on key issues concerning Financials

5. IPO handling : The Company is contemplating an IPO next fiscal so exposure in this regard would be an added advantage

Must have's :

- Banking and Regulatory exposure and

- Should have worked majorly in banking industry.

Qualification : Chartered Accountant (is a must)

No of Years of experience : 10-15 years (People above 38 do not apply)

Preference will be given to candidates from Indian Banking Industry
