THE JOB :

- Improve Top-Line & Bottom Line and take the ownership of the overall P&L

- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales goals;

- Develop and align Strategic Sales Achievement plans in line with Business Goals to achieve profit and market share

- Design and implement competent strategies to explore potential business avenues, penetrate new markets and expand the existing network.

- Drive different Programs and schemes to get desired results through General trade, retail, modern trade & Ecommerce.

- Formulate sales promotions plans, trade programs, distributor and partner meets, exhibitions to ensure sales growth

- Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors

- Analyzing market trends and competitors activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.

- Work collaboratively across teams - including operations, design, accounts, finance, Product, Marketing & HR to ensure continuous process improvement

- Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels

THE CANDIDATE :

Must have criteria :

1. Fulltime MBA marketing from a premium institute

2. Experience in retail sales & distribution

3. Experience in product development

4. 10+ yrs Experience in Consumer durable / goods

5. Age between 37 and 47 (Not more/less)

Other criteria :

- Young, dynamic business leader with consistent record of accomplishment.

- 15-20 yr experience out of which 3+ years in leadership position

- Solid exposure to in Consumer goods/durables industry

- Has led sales team on a pan India bases across Retail, Modern trade, General Trade, Distribution and Ecommerce.

- Excellent understanding of team dynamics, managed large teams.

- Excellent in execution and operational skills, and consistent delivery of results by building consensus and providing dependable leadership.

- Work with MD to drive growth, efficiencies and profitability.

- Excellent exposure to negotiating strategic alliances, JV and partnerships.

- Good exposure to laying down effective processes and solutions.
