Position : Deputy CEO / Chief Operating Officer

Objective :

The Dy CEO /Chief Operating officer position provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative, reporting procedures and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.

The position accomplishes this through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company.

Supervisory Responsibility :

This position has overall supervisory responsibility for Operations & Legal Compliance.

Education and Experience :

1. Master's / Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

2. Experience at least five years in a senior management role & 10 years in operations/Marketing/Project management.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications :

1. Demonstrated experience in financial planning, analysis and legal.

2. Skilled in organizational development, personnel management, budget and strategic planning.

3. Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.

4. Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems.

5. Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.

Essential Functions :

7. Strong knowledge of excel, power point, having an eye for details, with analytical and managerial skills, capable of taking the business to the next level.

8. Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass profitability, cash flow, business goals and objectives.

9. Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes both internal and external. Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.

10. Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.Develop and own the business strategy, along with annual budgets & projections.

11. Identify client's business requirements and challenges, forecast requirements, and work on proposals for customized business solutions.

12. Negotiate with internal stake holders and client's senior management to maximize opportunities.

13. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.

14. Assist, as required, in raising additional capital at appropriate valuations to enable the Company to meet sales, growth, and market share objectives.

15. Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.

16. Represent the firm with clients, investors, and business partners.

17. Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement

18. Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the Managing Director.

21. Preparing timely and accurate financial performance reports.
