Deputy Chief Executive Officer - Agri/Commodity Trading

Job Profile : 

- To develop strategy, lead and manage the whole Operations, in order to achieve productivity, profitability and sustainable KPI achievement towards strategic directions of the company.

- We are looking at candidates who have worked in senior management of agri companies or commodity trading companies in Africa.

- They should ideally be an MBA with 15+ years of experience and at least 5 years of experience in the senior management. Africa experience is mandatory. 

- Should be open for a remote location in Africa.

- Good interpersonal savvy to build long term relationship with all stakeholders (internal /external)

- Highly capable in organization development and management, including people development (build future leaders)
