About the Company:

The Company is a cast steel Foundry and heavy sheet metal fabrication unit. Dealing with Railways who are their main customers.

- Seats and Berths for Railways

- Compreg Board

- Plywood & Phenolic Resin & Hardener

- The Candidate is expected to drive all verticals of the plant and guiding the respective department Heads.

- Hands-on person.

- Automate Verticals One by One and execute actions by way of appropriate delegation.

- Candidate should be able to handle the entire factory through delegation.

- Lead the long term strategy and ensure detailing to the core

- Managing Plant Operations, Supply Chain, Quality through Effective delegation to respective heads

- Lead and Manage Stakeholders, be the Face of the Group and Much more.

- Preferably from Foundry & fabrication Business, Railways Ecosystem industry.

- Manpower, buying production material, production management, store management will be a part of his KRA.

- Strong on Technical side of the business.

- Should be able to handle their factory visits inspection etc satisfactorily.

- Should be able to read and understand the customer specification, approved QAP and it's compliance in the factory.

Shift timings 11am to 7pm
