- Lead the management & operations of the mall to ensure customer delight & increase footfalls & consumption significantly
- Achieve revenue & profit targets through quality service to customers & support to retailers
- Formulate the zoning plan & product category mix based on target customer segment, market positioning, lay-out etc
- Build relationship with retailers, socially affluent persons, senior govt officials etc- .
- Manage the financial strategy & targets; review previous year's performance, growth etc
INCREASE FOOTFALLS AND ENHANCE CONSUMPTION THROUGH:
1. Optimum occupancy to attract the target consumer group
2. Formulate & execute the annual marketing calendar
3. Review & approve the advertising & branding strategy
- Review service standards for out-sourced agencies to meet customer expectations
- Ensure safety standards; review safety & security processes
- Supervise leasing administration process by retailer, other formalities prior to store opening; coordinate with Leasing & Legal teams
- Work closely with Retailers, International Brand Heads, municipal authorities, government, statutory bodies, vendors, agencies for event management, creative, design etc; ensure timely resolution of issues
- Good personality, communication, Leadership, Team Management, relationship skills
- Strong marketing/brand orientation, business acumen, strong in Admin & Operations
- MBA/DHM, 12-15 years' experience, 35-40 years' of age
