A reputed PAN India, Real Estate company is looking for Deputy Business Head at Chennai

Designation: Deputy Business Head

Location: Chennai

Experience: 18-20 Years in Real Estate Residential and Commercial/Construction Industry

Qualification: BE/BTECH- Civil

- Candidates from South Preferred, must have worked in Chennai Real Estate Markets as Branch Head/Business Head etc minimum for 3-4 Years.

Must have Skills:

- Must have worked as Independent Profit Center Head

- Must have worked on project deliverable and quality

- Strong decision making skills and People management skills required

- Must have skills on Operational efficiency, achievement & task oriented

- Must have strong skills on financial management and costing.

- Must have knowledge of Statutory and Local Government contacts/liaising.

- Must be strong in Vendor Management skills

The requirement is immediate, hence candidates who can join in 4 weeks will be preferred.
