We are hiring leadership position for top IT company in Banking

Role : Deputy Business Head, Core banking

Responsibility :

- Product roadmap, owner

- Go to Market Strategies

- Work closely with the Marketing and Bid Mgmt teams for Proposals and marketing campaigns.

- Responsible for the Quality of the Product, thus testing the product

- Reporting to Business Head who has P& L responsibility

Background :

- Very strong Banking domain

- Strong knowledge of Central banking functions

- Good technology knowledge

- Very strong leadership skills

- Either strong Product development or implementation experience

- Techno functional business oriented

- Core banking, like Flexcube, Finacle, Temenos exp

- Flair for vision for product, competitor's
