About the Role:
Looking for a senior business manager bringing strategy, operations, people management and financial management experience to support the leadership in its expansion plans. Prior leadership experience within traditional finance or a B2B/B2C fintech firm along with an affinity towards cryptocurrency and digital assets, will be considered a plus for the role. The position reports into the regional CEO.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Regional CEO, India BoD, and ExCo in managing the day-to-day operations in India and handling any local operational issues.
- Set up new business processes, procedures and policies through in-depth evaluation, and execution of continuous improvements in best practices.
- Drive operational excellence, and actively identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Support the strategic planning process, and resource allocations.
- Support the CEO in motivating and driving the performance of various front-to-back functions through a hands-on approach.
- Support the financial management of the company (planning, reporting, and auditing processes)
- Be able to step into any department head role in India to bridge short-term gaps.
- Act as an authorized signatory of the company.
- Support the development of the company brand and network.
