Position : Deputy Manager/ Associate Manager
- Must have a MBA or equivalent qualification with 7-10 years of relevant work experience. Full time MBA from colleges like- IIM, XIMB, NMIMS etc.
- Experience in Market Intelligence is a must
- Prior experience in Sales , Product Development or Marketing will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Marketing Plan:
- Draft the marketing plan by Understand and translate brand/product strategy into proper marketing strategy for product promotion.
- Develop BTL planning based on overarching brand strategy, Shopper insights, etc
- Ideation for developing marketing and promotional plans for different clients and products
- Execute the yearly marketing calendar as per the allotted budgets in order to achieve the contribution, market share, sales targets and profits for allocated products.
Market Research:
- Study competitor marketing and promotion strategies and pre-empt the same whenever possible.
- Analyse the opportunities for various product opportunities market gap with primary and secondary research
Go-to-market Strategy:
- Product Gap Analysis : Identify and analyze requirements. Analyse the channel wise product and vertical trend.
- Pricing Analysis and competitive positioning of product portfolio
- New Product Launch : Launch of new products in the pan India. Supports the sales team through go to market strategy, customer visits and BTL activities.
- Data Analysis : Analyse the product wise and vertical wise output of the sales in each location to initiate the strategies for each product.
- Customer Engagement : Develop customer engagement programs for various verticals as per the target customers by extending the brand and product experience.
- Lead planning, execution and activation of key activation initiatives.
- Help secure new accounts & leverage existing contact

Competencies Must Have:
- Strong strategic thinking with excellent analytical, interpersonal, operational and leadership skills.
- Management background – Minimum 6-7 yrs work experience
- Either Technological Product Mgmt skills or Domain Expertise

- Should be a techno-functional professional with relevant experience in customised software solutions
- Should have a thorough understanding / appreciation of software service business
- Should have global market intelligence, knowledge of competitors’ products and future business plans.
