- Financial Control - Perform monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation and policy check to ensure integrity of financial statement is intact.

- Financial Reporting - Month end reporting of India Subsidiary & appropriate treatment of inter-company transactions. Participate in Month End reviews.

- Bookkeeping - Oversee Day to day Journals, Vendor Payments, Customer Invoices, Employee and Reimbursement process

- India Payroll Processing - Overview -Payroll data collection, -Processing payroll, review by Paysheet,

- Preparation of Bank File, -Payroll Run Template,

- Process payroll related tax Compliances.

- Guide on Addressing payroll related queries from employees.

- Comply by budget requirement

- Banking and Treasury

- Statutory Compliances -Good understanding of Transfer Pricing Laws ,FEMA, Company law, Income tax,GST etc. Work with Tax , Company Law & Labour law consultant to ensure all the relevant filings are done in time with accuracy.

- Financial and Administration Activities: - India Insurance - Admin-Finance & HR-Finance - Treasury and Banking - Stakeholder management such as Auditors, Consultants, Contractors & Vendors etc. Other Areas

- Overall Good understanding on Finance , Month end processes , MIS reporting, data analysis , Adherence to GCC KPI's ,Variance analysis , Budget, Forecast, Payroll

- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

Qualifications

Exp required: 5+ Years of Post Qualification Experience

- Qualified: CA/CMA with B.com Degree

- Previous audit experience

- Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy, combined with excellent numerical skills.

- Be highly motivated and with the ability to manage personal deadlines with growing & evolving organizational goals - Have excellent communication , interpersonal skills ,negotiation skills to liaise with relevant parties as required.

- Have excellent planning and organization skills including the ability to prioritize and manage large volumes of work with tight deadline

- Proficiency in the English language is a requirement.

- Have strong computer skills especially in computerized accounting software and MS Office

- Experience of working in a similar role working in a similar sector.

- Ability to work with Leadership Team from across multiple teams & cultural environment

- Experience of working & mentoring team size of 4 to 6 people
