Deployment Lead - Telco/Tech Startup

Role Type - People Manager

Responsibilities

- Reporting directly to the Operation's Head, you will work closely together to execute on the company's operational strategy.

- Managing the deployment rollout across regions

- Extensively plan and execute the project and monitor the execution of the same.

- Identify potential vendors for project related deliveries.

- Liasioning with different government authorities for ROW permissions - with railways etc

- Determine appropriate staffing level required for current projects and to respond to future project demands.

Job Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in operations at a Telco (tech/startup experience is not essential but is a plus) and a total of 15 years of experience.

- Experience managing a large operational team.

- Proactive, self-sufficient, and driven

- Mindset on operational excellence, with supreme attention to detail.

- Able to multitask in all aspects of business operations.

- Comfortable working in a high-paced, demanding environment

- A - people's person

- Agile, communicative, and active

- Ability to think strategically to solve complex problems
