Role: KEY RESULT AREAS (Activities scheduled in the project)
- Prepare deployment project plan
- Manage application and deployment readiness
- Responsible for deployment strategy and deployment rollout planning
- Manage End User Communication and Tracking
- Responsible for desktop deployment (ZTI & LTI migration using SCCM/MDT) along with user data migration and application installations
- Leading team of deployment consultants / engineers
- Provide technical guidance and coordination with onsite / offshore team
- Responsible for creating knowledge base for known issues
- Manage deployment support
- Responsible for getting sign off and CSAT from end users
- Responsible for asset tracking for deployment
- Manage post migration issues related to Win 7 / Win 8 migration
- Coordination with BAU team for handover
- Review deployment project plan and progress
- Participate in program and project review meetings
- Reporting and technical documentation needs

- Strong knowledge in Win 7 / Win 8 Operating System Administration
- Strong knowledge in deployment tools viz. MDT, SCCM, Altiris, LanDesk, etc.
- Strong knowledge on USMT
- Strong knowledge in deployment methodologies (ZTI, LTI, HTI and UDI)
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Servers
- Good understanding of networking concepts
- Good communication & presentation skills
Skills:
1. Strong experience in Win 7 / Win 8 OS Administration
2. Strong experience in desktop deployment and methodologies
3. Good experience in deployment tools with respect to Win 7 / Win 8 migration
4. Good experience in Software distribution and reporting
5. Good knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Servers
Certifications:
1. Windows 7 and / or Windows 8 Certified
2. SCCM certified
3. MCSE or MCTS on Windows 2003, 2008, 2012
Technical Skills Required
