Department Head - IT - Retail/Manufacturing

Job Purpose:

To examine Business requirements and identify the problems faced by the business and review solutions for the same provided by vendors, monitoring the implementation in order to enhance productivity by developing new platforms in collaboration with business and supporting existing ones. We need candidates with experience in applications in digital and supply chain domain

Key Accountabilities:

IT strategy

- Identify new areas of Digitization that can enhance productivity and business operations

Business value of IT framework:

- Designing business benefit cases for key projects Conduct benefit realization study to understand the impact of value added to the projects undertaken post completion

IT led Innovation:

- Develop an E-Commerce platform for Linen line of Business in collaboration with Vendors and Business Designing plans for implementing Smart Store and Smart Warehouses
