Vice President - Finance - Leads and manages a high performing Reporting Centre of Excellence team and supports the vision for financial reporting - Leads the Reporting Centre of Excellence in the efficient production of insightful, high quality financial reporting for monthly actual results, quarterly forecasts, the full year budget and ad hoc as required - Drives delivery of reporting to all relevant stakeholders including Regional, Cluster & Market CEO and CFOs, Finance Directors and Controllers - Leads the team towards delivering in-depth analytical procedures and shapes the progress of Reporting process in with a vision for future financial reporting aligned to the Business and Finance objectives - Monitors compliance with DAN policies on financial reporting, through analysis and review of monthly, quarterly, forecast and budget reporting. Governance and continuous improvement : - Continually drives transformation/ improvements in quality and efficiency of financial reporting processes, through local team and processes, and influencing the global teams - Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to achieve operational efficiencies. - Maintain consistent interaction model with stakeholder groups including defining standardized SLAs/KPIs, governance and escalation mechanisms. - Present critical & key performance indicators, dashboards, continuous process improvements and team engagement initiatives to stakeholders on a periodic basis. - Manage and deliver transition and transformation projects on time and within budget
