- Manage key deliverables during month close process as per agreed timelines along with ensuring delivery of quality results to key stakeholders (Regional Finance team and GFAR teams). - Accountable for APAC Balance sheet and work with local markets to develop & implement appropriate controls including Intercompany reporting - Perform BS review including analytics, comprehend and present the information for top management review - Ensure adherence to Group financial policies and support regional / local accounting controls, financial controls and compliance where appropriate. - Manage GTAS (Global Tax & Accounts Solution) Tracking & support markets to ensure timely Statutory compliances, including closure of statutory audits. - Leveraging and sharing best practices with global peer group - Build capabilities, tools and skills within Financial Control to increase efficiency and the value add of the Financial Control team within the APAC Region. - Identify & drive Continuous Improvement / change initiatives throughout their implementation to achieve project benefits. - Work closely with the Finance Transformation team to embed the Finance Operating Model and develop end-to-end financial controls. - Assist in preparing periodic (monthly/quarterly/annual) performance dashboards & presentations. - Monitoring & providing solutions on the Forecast reporting to analyse the movements around Net Working Capital & Cash position - Assist in preparation & review of Earn-out/Def-con calculations. - Manage ad hoc requests from APAC Regional team based in Singapore, cascade crucial information to markets, and drive compliance.
