Denave - Senior Transition Manager

- Work as the Transition Lead for outsourcing engagements

- Lead a cross functional team and provide guidance and support on how to exceed client expectations

- Manage internal/external client relationships during various stages of the transition

- Form a PMO and manage project roll out & Stabilization using the execution team aligned

- Follow Denave Transition Methodology to successfully transition projects within the agreed timelines

- Put together detailed Transition Plans and ensure successful execution as per the timelines

- Manage multiple transitions at the same time

- Client Relationship management

- Project Reporting to internal and external stakeholders

- Work on Re-engineering projects as required

- Committed to strategic initiatives and improving transition effectiveness

- Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders as a team to deliver objectives

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) while designing client solutions and process re-engineering exercises

Desired Candidate Profile :

- At least 5 years of end to end transition experience

- Candidates should have hands on experience of creating process maps and Standard operating procedures

- A good understanding and grasp of Project Management tools and methodologies

- Should be extremely facts and data oriented

- International client management experience

- Ability to interact in a multicultural environment
