Job Description :

Job Title : Specialist (Azure/Office 365 and Dynamics 365) Level/ Grade Specialist/M0

Function : B2B Department RSMS-1 Location Noida

Job Purpose :

- Develop Sales Opportunity as a Backend Support (Frontend in highly technical scenarios) for the specialization being held through Customer data supplied by Frontend agents.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Sales exposure:

- Preferable Sales and account management experience within the IT industry

- Experience in Solution selling (Office 365, Azure, Dynamics)

- Support sales team on opportunities for successfully taking the Sales Process to the 100% Close/Deploy stage.

2. Specialization Experience :

- Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge on Azure, Office 365 and Dynamics (depending on specialization)

- Certified on at least Level-2 for the respective Specialization

- Has experience of designing and implementing software solutions for the specialization with End customers.

- Can train resources at a basic level to provide valuable information for Specialist requirement

- Where needed connect with customers and probe/understand solution requirement and consult accordingly

Job Requirements :

- Educational Qualification : Graduate or Post Graduate

- Specific Certification : As per Specialization i.e. Azure, Office 365 and Dynamics 365

- Required Skillsets :- Preferable experience within a sales and account management background

- B2B experience with exceptional communication skills and the ability to speak with people at all levels
